What areas do you cover?

Balloon room decoration services are provided in and around Birmingham, Coventry, Warwickshire, West Midlands, Leicestershire areas. We also cover the towns of Rugby, Leamington Spa, Stratford upon Avon, Kenilworth, Warwick, Bedworth, Nuneaton, Atherstone, Hinckley, Solihull, Erdington, Sutton Colfield. We have recently expanded our working area to cover Banbury and Tamworth.

How do I select the venue and time of our event?

After choosing your decorations and balloon colours, goto the checkout. The date can be entered for the delivery and the venue can be entered in the Shipping area.

After I've ordred a service online, how do I know it's booked?

An auto email is generated from paypal to confirm payment. Once we have manually seen the booking, we will email you a message. If there is a problem with the order someone will contact you within 48 hours.

I've seen a balloon decoration on another website that you don't offer. Can I email you the details to get a price?.

You can. This happens frequently as every balloon decorator varies their designs to offer something different. As we don't have a large shop in the city center and are totally website based, we can usually beat most quotes and designs offered elsewhere. The booking date I require on your on-line calendar is not available. Does this mean you are not available?

Online Booking dates are greyed out as a pre-caution because the date required is 80% full. In most cases we can still fulfill your order, but phone us first to confirm and we will advise what to do to complete the order online.
