We deliver helium balloons in a presentation box. Select the balloon, choose extra gifts to add to the box (including chocolates & teddy bears), write the personal message and make sure we know the delivery date and address. After adding ribbons and bows ourselves, we deliver "balloon in a box" ourselves across Coventry and Warwickshire.

After I've ordred a service online, how do I know it's booked?
An auto email is generated from paypal to confirm payment. Once we have manually seen the booking, we will email you a message. If there is a problem with the order someone will contact you within 48 hours.
The booking date I require on your on-line calendar is not available. Does this mean you are not available?
Online Booking dates are greyed out as a pre-caution because the date required is 80% full. In most cases we can still fulfill your order, but phone us first to confirm and we will advise what to do to complete the order online.
How long do the balloons last?
Balloons in a box use foil balloons. These will look fully inflated for about a week. After a week they will start to loose their "fully inflated" look but will look good for a number of weeks.
How long can the personal message be ?
The personal message is printed onto an A4 sheet and rolled up like a scroll. As long as the message fits onto a sheet of A4 paper, we will print it.
Do you deliver to places of work ?
Yes we do.. and it's a nice surprise.
What happens if you try to deliver and someone is not in?
We will contact you to discuss a revisit or alternative address. Please include all you phone numbers on the booking form
Do the square balloons and star balloons fit into the box ?
Just about - Yes !
Is the foil balloon air-filled or helium filled?
They are helium-filled. The ideas is when the recipient receives the box, after taking off the lid, the balloon rises and pops out. The balloon is attached with ribbon and a small weight so it stops floating upwards after 1 meter.
What colour is the box ?
We have a number of coloured boxes available : silver, black, red, white. We choose a box that will fit with the colour of the balloon chosen. The colour of the ribbon on the balloon and around the box will also complement the balloon chosen.
